What is a typical timescale?

Our turnaround time depends on the volume, scale and how busy we are at the given moment. For interior studios that we work regularly with, we usually produce up to five CGIs for a project within a week. Medium-size property is 2-3 weeks and larger orders or larger developments are 3-4 weeks.

Is it required to book in advance a launch date?

We recommend contacting us as soon as a project is in the spotlight to book a launch date. We would prefer 2-3 weeks before to assure an immediate start. For studios that we have agreements with, we always take on monthly work that has been mutually agreed upon and set.

How much does a CGI cost?

Our approach to every single project is individual. Therefore, our prices depend on the scale of the project, the number of visuals and the requirements.

Have you got any offers for a long-term collaboration?

Yes, we have got a better value offer for long-term collaboration with studios and companies that require at least 2 CGIs a week or at least 8 CGIs a month.

Can you start working on an interior project when specifications have still yet to be developed?

Yes, for studios that we work with regularly, we have already developed this kind of workflow. We receive plans and inventory information as soon as these are available, we build a base model, send some ‘clay previews of empty spaces and in the meantime, they are developing their designs and specifications. That allows us to speed up the process and produce the work much more quickly.

Can you work on weekends or over hours?

We work and complete all the work within the standard work week (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm). In case of a special event, where late or weekend hours will be needed to accommodate tight deadlines, that will be negotiated separately.

If I already have a 3d model, can you use it to produce CGI and will that reduce the cost or speed up the process?

For the best results, we usually prefer to create bespoke 3D models to ensure all details and quality is preserved. However, in some cases, we can use the 3D models provided. This might result in a slight price reduction depending on the model condition.

How can I choose the best camera angles for my CGIs?

We always make sure that a variety of different camera views are created to help you choose the best angles. The view selection is presented as simple ‘clay’ images.

How long do you keep files in an event of further updates?

We are aware that planning applications might be a long process sometimes. That is why we keep files for two years in case of further updates are required. After final CGIs have been produced, later updates will naturally involve additional costs, but that will be much better valued than working from a scratch.
