Node Brixton – a communal living hub in one of London’s most sought-after areas

NODE Living chose Brixton as the London location for its range of communal living spaces. Visual Square was approached to create comprehensive series of architectural visualisations for marketing purposes. Lead architect of the project was 56Three.

Drawn by the area’s artistic and multicultural prowess, Node set its sights on a 1940’s industrial unit to convert into apartments. Due to the growing popularity of flexible working, co-living spaces are an increasingly attractive prospect for young professionals looking for convenient home life. Node Brixton promises exactly this with smart home technology as standard. When completed, the space will have 64 self-contained units, with multiple communal areas such as lounges, outdoor terraces and games rooms for residents to work and socialise.

A wide range of CGIs was required to capture different units. In total, we created 21 architectural visualisations, which provided a great outlook on the development. These were then used across Node’s various marketing channels to effectively promote it.
