Austin Design Works required planning permission for residential development in the Cotswolds. We have been asked to create exterior 3D architectural images for the redevelopment project, which would see an ageing Cotswolds property transformed into a modern eco-home. The house CGI helped the client, successfully apply for planning permission.

The project in Cotswolds planned to redevelop a historic countryside property into a modern eco home. Covered on two sides by woodland and set on a steep slope, the highly desirable site offered sumptuous views of the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty. The development would draw its inspiration from barns and woodland cabins, helping the home to fit seamlessly into its rural setting.

We produced a selection of exterior CGIs in natural lighting showcasing the building that sits discreetly into the landscape. The images that we created have significantly supported the planning application.
