Visual Square produced The Residence CGI. The scheme was designed by
NC Architecture and we created three images that were used for the planning application.
The Residence is a conversion and extension to existing redundant NHS offices to create 190 student units. The new design will feature powder-coated aluminium cladding and air-source heat pumps that will absorb heat from the outside air to heat the building.
